Very nice, and a strong example for the other "bigger" sites out there. The only thing I noticed is that when just mousing over the map or especially the property listing summaries under the map, my computer CPU (a dual 3.3GHz P4) goes bonkers, and the response (mouseover highlighting, etc.) is very slow.
