Some of our regular users noticed a drop in the number of Denver real estate listings on our search feature over the last two days.  We had a brief interruption of our data feed from the MLS providers, but the problem was solved late last night and all of our Boulder real estate and Denver real estate listings are up to date and accurate.

Thanks to those of you who emailed us so quickly to let us know about the drop in new listings.  Because of you we were able to correct this problem right away.

On another search-related note, our polygon search is just about ready for launch.  Our search feature will be even more user-friendly very soon.  The polygon feature will allow you to draw a shape on the Google map and limit your search to the borders of the shape.  You’ll be able to save your “polygon” and receive updates when new homes appear within your perfect search area.

We’re very excited about this feature.  Look for it soon!
